Weather Shifts OCRS Opener To Arrowhead Speedway On April 18
MUSKOGEE, Okla. (April 16, 2026) With the very wet forecast this weekend, officials with the Oil Capital Racing Series and Thunderbird Speedway have made the call to cancel events at the Muskogee, Okla., oval.
A date to reschedule is being sought and will be posted once confirmed.
With that, the AmeriFlex Hose and Accessories Oil Capital Racing Series opener will shift to Arrowhead Speedway in Colcord, Okla., on Saturday, April 18 for $1,500 to win.
The event will also include Winged 410 Sprint Cars. More details will be added once confirmed. Midwest Dirt Hornets will also run for $500 to win.
Be on the lookout for other updates as other tracks make decisions on their programs.
Pits open at 3:00 P.M. and Grandstands at 5:00 P.M. with Hot Laps at 6:30 P.M. (CDT) and racing to follow. Admission is $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and military with ID, and free for kids 10 and under. Pits are $40 per day for all ages.
