26 events at 11 tracks highlight 2022 OCRS schedule

by John Rittenoure - TULSA, Okla. (December 10, 2021) - A total of 26 events at 11 tracks across 3 states highlight the AmeriFlex Hose and Accessories / OCRS Sprint Car schedule for the 2022 season.

A new destination in 2022 is Lake Ozark Speedway in Eldon, Missouri for a two-days of racing on July 2-3.

The OCRS will return to Oklahoma Sports Park in Ada for the first time since 2018 with a race on April 9 and Tri-State Speedway in Pocola on June 25. The last time the OCRS visited Tri-State Speedway was 2016.

Between March and October the AmeriFlex / OCRS Sprint Cars will visit Red Dirt Raceway and Outlaw Motor Speedway four times each, Lawton Speedway and Caney Valley Speedway three times, Thunderbird Speedway, Lake Ozark Speedway and Salina Highbanks Speedway two times, and one visit to 81 Speedway, Oklahoma Sports Park and Tri-State Speedway.

March is a busy month with five events booked to open the season. It all begins at Red Dirt Raceway in Meeker on March 4-5 with back-to-back one day shows. Creek County Speedway is next on March 19 followed by Thunderbird Speedway, March 25 and Lawton Speedway one day later on March 26.

On May 21 the OCRS and United Rebel Sprint Series (URSS) will meet at 81 Speedway for the North vs. South Civil War Shootout.

Still to be determined is the date and location for the annual AmeriFlex Challenge.

The season will conclude on October 15 at Red Dirt Raceway.

May 28 - Salina Highbanks Speedway, Salina, Okla.

June 11 - Caney Valley Speedway, Caney, Kans.
June 24 - Red Dirt Raceway, Meeker, Okla.
June 25 - Tri-State Speedway, Pocola, Okla.

July 2 - Lake Ozark Speedway, Eldon, Mo.
