Alysha Ruggles of Canandaigua, NY was victorious in the twenty lap Dig Safely NY 305 Race Saver Sprint main event. Alysha along with dad Darryl gave the fans their money's worth as they put on a great show for the top spot. The pair used their Eagle Motorsports cars to swap the lead through the middle stages with Alysha hanging on at the end with dad in tow for second.

Bryan Mann put in a flawless drive from pole position to take the win for round 14 of the KRE Race Engines Sprintcar Series. The night at Supercheap Auto Archerfield Speedway was filled with multiple crashes and rollovers but in the end it was a Drew Gessner prepared Eagle that reached the checkers first.

Jack Dover captured his second win of the season Saturday night in Nebraska 360 Sprint competition at Butler County Speedway in Rising City, NE. The nights event was also co-sanctioned with the NCRA. Dover led every lap to the nights A feature becoming the series first repeat winner of the 2014 season.

Ty Johnson shed the early season misfortunes for a victory in the Bull Ring at Royal Purple Raceway over the weekend. A regular with the Louisiana Bayou Sprinters traded a rainout for a shot with the Southern United Winged Sprint Car Series.

Gary Owens of won the Sixth Annual Harold Leep Jr. Memorial at the Oklahoma Sports Park in the first of three Oil Capital Racing Series stops to OSP in 2014. The win makes the second year in a row Owens had captured the HLJ memorial race. Owens started on the outside front row in his Glen Owens Sand and Gravel / Fields Pecan Pie / Eagle sprinter and bolted straight into the lead from the very beginning.

Justin Melton started outside 6th row at Kennedale Speedway Park and methodically picked his way through the field. Using only 8 laps to find the lead he about wore the sidewall out of the left tire on a few close calls with lap cars. Justin's sister Michelle also put in an impressive drive starting 21st and finishing 10th - great family effort.
